How it's Made
Sturdy
Our beam is made of high density polyurethane. The beam is sturdy and resistant so it can be worked as wood.
Lightweight
Easy to transport, handle and install, as it is light (1-2lbs / sq. ft.).
Weather Resistant
Waterproof and mold resistant. With an extra coat of sealant it can be installed outdoors.
Authentic Details
Our beam takes its shape from molds that are made of real reclaimed beams.

Length
Beams are made 8 feet long, but they can be cut or joined seamlessly (up to 35 feet) or using faux brackets to make any desired length
Sides
The beam is customizable from 3'' up to 48'' per side
The beam can also have two, three, or even four sides
End Caps
If the beam is not connected to a wall or another beam, the edge of the beam can be covered with end caps on one or both edges

Starting from any of these colours, we can match the colour of your sample or picture!
Walnut
Warm brown, customizable from light to dark

Accessories
Brackets
Made of flexible rubber, it can be cut with scissors.
The purpose of the brackets is to cover the join of two beams and give an authentic finished look.
Width starts from 2''(2 bolts for each end) up to 6'' (from 4'' and up, 4 bolts for each end).
